Which class is best for a beginner?

I just started playing Knight Online and I was wondering if magician would be a good class to play.
Please tell me why or why it isn't. Thank you for your opinions.

Mage is the most played character and does the most damage to mobs in the lower levels. Its prolly the easist to level up as well. Fire mage is the strongest (damage wise) I believe, but all types are needed. check out the forums on the knight online sites for more detailed information.

a ranger would be best for a second class because of all the arrow needed so i would go for the first answer or you can try to find some guy to help u lvl up
You have to get daggers though.
Anyways, rangers and warriors can use a simple technique called sliding.
Rangers are better because they can use swift which is a super long sprint, warriors can't do that.
Anyways, can't remember it really good anymore but here goes:
Use swift first, so that you can run fast.
Press B or Cntrl, dunno anymore (Anything to select the nearest mob around you)
Now use a skill from your toolbar and run around the mob while using skills from the bar.
It's really difficult for the mob to hit you!

And one thing that I want to add is that the Karus forces are easier.. I think.

For me I think warrior is still the best beginners class.
High hp, attacks and defence means less deaths.
It's also useful to use it to get used to the environment in game.
And it's a class easier to control if compared to other classes.
I rate mage is one of the most difficult class to control for beginners.
Cause a lot of things you have to take into consideration.
But, it's always up to people to choose what class they like^^
For me I like anything XD

simple as that.
if you want to level up and get to 60 quick become an ice mage, you'll find that you can reach lvl60 pretty quick (within a week if you really plug at it) you'll be uber popular at harpy parties because without an ice mage they simply dont work.... and then if you want to do pvp restat the character to paper fire get yourself a wizard +6 and a ton of hp+9 stuff and go terrorise the cz.
2nd easiest character to level up is a buffer priest.. people are always on the lookout for buff priests and they are in short supply at the moment.. once you reach lvl62 though restat to battle priest (debuffer) and you'll be an uber pain in the butt in the cz.

Mages are easy to lvl and do high damage, but they suck at pking.
Rogue archer is the best class early on, they have the longest range in the game. Fastest speed with lightfeet that no one will catch. And they own assasins with shadow hunter and arrow shower.
Warriors and battle priests are the best class after level 62 though. Warriors will own with sword dancing and scream, and they take many hits and not die. Bps can spam judgement and use holy skills and will make your enemy weak and not fight back.
My choice would be an archer because of the speed and range.
I just started a new rogue... it is fast long range and stuff... but what job is the best for rogue?
i picked ranger cuz it is far range and its actually pretty strong
well i think ranger is best for me but i just want to know which is best...

One more thing i think mage is hardest for newbs to start with cuz newbs dont know how to use skills so they might just hit ppl with staff XD and say "wow mage sux"

Ranger Archer is the best...if you be a assasin ranger you will die alot more, meaning it wil take you longer to lvl. When you're trying to lvl higher like with troll captins and lamentations, u will survive few hits.
Plus, archer attacks are spammable, unlike assasin skills when the % attacks take more than 5 seconds to cool down. Making their damage more consistant instead of 1 or 2 high damages and others are all low. And assasins are alot more expenssive also, try repairing +6 shards...cost you a fortune.
