Be warned that there aren't any Asus P8P67 motherboards available right now, because they've all been recalled, and won't be for a couple of months or so. So your order might be left in limbo for quite a while.
Get a better power supply. Not higher wattage, mind you, but higher quality--and probably lower wattage, too.
Sandy Bridge has a dual channel memory controller, so you should get 2 memory modules, not 3. Make it either 4 GB or 8 GB, not 6 GB.
*Edit*
Wel lsince it is water cooled (Sorry I missed that)
Might I suggest another SSD? LAst I checked 3rd best was Intel then the best was something else but i forgot what the nname was
Friend jsut said its this one
Crucial RealSSD C300 128 GB
Edit :
Dual channel really IS useful. But I think there was a manufacturer who was making 3gb in one RAM stick I forgot which. After alll 6GB is more than enough to turn off virtual memory but 4GB will make you turn it on for some games (APB Im looking at YOU!)

OCZ Agility 2 is a SandForce SSD, which is one of the two fastest. The Crucial RealSSD C300 is the other of the two fastest. The Intel X25-M is significantly behind those two. The SSD he's picked is perfectly good, and there's no need to change it unless you can find another one that is just as good with a cheaper price for the same capacity.
Intel, Marvell, and SandForce all have new controllers coming very soon. But I'd be skittish about buying a new SSD controller right at launch, as most of them, even the good ones, have had firmware problems at launch.
ok
Corsair TX650W 650-Watt Power Supply - ATX, 120mm Fan, SLI-Ready, SATA-Ready, 80Plus
would this be ok?
do i need water coolling or not?
thanks for the recomendations guys
i7 has a triple as well. 6 GB is fine.

Sure that's a good power supply. You could get somewhat lower wattage, though it sounds like you're picking from a site that may not have good options of lower wattage.
The SSD you've picked is good. There are a lot of SandForce-based SSDs, so most people don't know which are which.
it actually have lots of options

thanks quizzical
The i7-2600k does not support triple-channel memory. Get 2 sticks or 4.
Edit- Don't ever go cheap on a power supply. Get a PSU from known brand of quality PSU's like Corsair, Antec, or Seasonic.
Are you overclocking? If not no you definetly don't need a water cooler, I would still recommend an aftermarket air cooler though.
Crucial is probably the "name brand" for SSD's but dont get the 120, you would be fine with a 64, OCZ isn't bad though.
I'd stay with a 650w power supply, get a gold if you really want a good one. There is a seasonic 650 gold for like $140 which I think is about $50 more than your bronze corsair. But corsair is probably the "name brand" for power supplies so you would be fine with that.
Also, is there a reason you are getting a network and sound card?
Save yourself $25 and get the Sapphire gpu instead of the Diamond, not only is it cheaper I personally believe it to be a better brand.
yea the intenet is in the living room so i need wifi
thanks guys for all the help
what power do you think i would get

Like I said in my previous post get the Sapphire gpu instead of Diamond save $25 there and you spend just a few more dollars more getting this gold psu over your diamond gpu/bronze psu combo.
Excellent power supply. The seasonic is good as well. 650 is a good size, as it gives you plenty of power to run any CPU/GPU combination you want with room to upgrade, but not quite enough to SLI/Crossfire mid-high end cards if that may be something your interested in down the road.
Do you need water cooling?
No. But, the H50 isn't really a heavy duty water cooler, it's more like Water Cooling "Lite". It will not outperform a top-end air cooler (that is often cheaper), so you won't get any higher overclocks with it (not that the Sandy Bridge overclocks any better on high performance cooling anyway). You will, however see a reduction in overall case and component temperatures, because the H50 (and H70) exhaust all the CPU heat directly outside of the case, rather than just blowing it inside the case then requiring additional case ventilation to pull it out.
This is a closed water loop as well, very little chance of it ever leaking and you won't ever need to add coolant, but you won't be able to add other components to it (water cooled video card, for example).
So all in all, do you need it? No. Will it outperform high end air coolers? No. But it does have some other less tangible benefits that you may want to consider.
Core i7 is just a goofy naming scheme from Intel, and includes Bloomfield, Lynnfield, and Sandy Bridge desktop processors. Bloomfield has a three channel memory controller, but the others do not.
$80 for a CPU cooler is ridiculous unless you're going for a pretty big overclock. The stock coolers that come with Sandy Bridge processors are pretty bad, so an aftermarket cooler is a good idea, but you can get something perfectly good for $30 or so unless you're looking for a big overclock.
A Seasonic X-series power supply is very nice, but rather overkill for your needs unless you've got a big enough budget to pay for the best you can buy. The difference between a pretty good power supply like the Corsair TX and a really great one like the Seasonic X-series isn't that great in practice. The extra energy efficiency would be nice, but it's probably not a huge deal. The big difference is between a pretty good power supply and a really bad one.
Tiger Direct doesn't even offer Seasonic or Antec power supplies for some reason. Corsair makes some very nice power supplies at higher wattages, but for lower wattages, mostly rely on their new CX line that isn't very good. You could just buy your power supply elsewhere, and get something like this for $70:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371020
That will have plenty of power for a system that might pull 300 W at peak load.
should i change and get the i5 2500k instaid ? and use the money on a better gpu or other parts
is this fan a good choice
