This new C3, does it make it any easier to get to 1-20 ? Do you think its worth leaving WoW and go back to L2?

Well they increased the xp multiplier for small groups, but that wasn't a drastic change.
Pkers also now get 3 or more free kills before gaining karma.
Clearly its up to you.
