Problem..

in Guild Wars

I entered in my account key from my preorder package, and I got to the screen where it says the in game item was added, but then it says "please enter a new access key". What am I supposed to do?

    Buy the real game and enter the key that comes with it...Pre-order key was for the beat weekends...now it just gives you your in-game item...Hope that helpsimage

    Yea I bought the real game, and I play on it, which is kinda the problem. EBGames only gave me my preorder package after the Betas were over. So, I enetered my real game access key and played on it. And today I entered my preorder account key, and got to the screen that confirms that I have the bow, then it asks for a new account key. I tried my preorder one again, didn't work, and I tried my gaem one, and of course it said that one was in use.

    Then contact the tech support...they respond within 24h....I had problems with the game and got help quickly:)
