A Dungeon Keeper browser game clone

First, its in beta, so its not 100% finished yet. And yes, you'll need to be on Facebook to play it.

Here is a video showing what Dungeon Overlord is all about...sort of like a tuturial/review of it.

Graphics/animation are nice. Music and sound could be improved. Music needs more variety as he said in the video, its one song that just loops over and over, but you can turn it off at least.

Totally lost my interest at the facebook part, hate those waste of space sites with a passion.

It was a good game though, actually tried installing it after getting a new pc, but it's not win7 compatible

After I read and watch youtube, I almost wanted to play the game. But in the other hand I hope they created this game not to be on facebook. I always have a hardtime in opening games in facebook too laggy for me.

I don't get all the Facebook hate, though. Its as anti-social as texting people or using email...nothing different from FB and emails. I always hear how anti-social FB makes people...but emails make people even more anti-social.

Can you open an account there using a 10-minute-email? Or will the email be checked frequently? Never touched Facebook before.

I don't have it personally, my friend bought it so I played it at his place...from what I saw, there may be some building later on...but most if not all of it is pre-built. That was the biggest draw back for me. It seemed like it was meant to be based off Dungeon Keeper, but ended up being something completely different. If you are looking for a game like DK, Dungeons isn't it...if you are looking for more of hack and slash gameplay, then Dungeons may be an okay game.

Not at the price they want for it, though.

I was greatly disappointed with Dungeons, thinking it was going to be like DK2. But its far from it. I guess if you go in expecting it not be like DK, it may be better...but meh

And I used a 10 minute email for FB, worked fine. That was a while back, though...but should still work.

This crap by them is exactly why I fear for EQnext.

That game will be Freerealms with a EQ skin judging by the way they are acting.

they could have made good money selling it as a stand alone game.
