Our entire host network in Europe have operation issues at the moment. This is affecting our server at the moment. We got reports that servers running a game called World Of Warcraft is effecting these network at the moment via Frankfurt......
This could affect our server connections and they are working to solve it as we speak."

lol, i dont even know what to say, i dont play this game, and have no grudge against, but this is just.....wow. lol

Wow this reeks of another lie...
The funny thing is that other games on the same network (game-hosting.eu) are up and running just fine. I am not sure if this is a joke or not, but I really don't know. If it's not a joke, at least somebody call Henrik on his BS because the rest of their network is operating just fine, and they don't host World of Warcraft so it's a non-issue.
And even if they did host WOW, it would be on a dedicated pipe that shouldn't affect anything else on the network.
At least it beats the old "The Volcano made me do it" excuse! (which by the way is one of the all-time greatest delay reasons in the history of gaming)

Thought I have heard it all, then this... Unbelieveable. Volcano, Epic China, Epic America, Epic Venus, Epic Alpha Centauri, WoW, whats next? US elections?
... Guess he's just butthurt a WoW raid is bigger then his server population at prime time. *rofling*
