Is the paladin stil " Hit 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 ..... " for having a " small chance " to live ?

Some improvements to the class but I've seen 2 Handed Realm Rank 12 Paladins who can't put a dent in an RR 5+ caster (Sorry Kzar). You can run macros and scripts from 3rd party programs like AC Tools to run your auras. Best spec is still high chants, 42 shield, 39 or 44 crush/slash. Realm rank is everything in the game but pallies never were built to kill much. They can survive very well, and do aid their party (kind of like a Warden minus a bubble).
If you want a real paladin type, and don't want a Warden - go roll a Valkyrie on Midgard. You can spec some very nice group heals, keep that 42 shield for slam and swap out to a spear after you drop the stun.
Personally heading off to Rifts. Some nice Pally variations there.
While I've been a DAoC fan boy since 2002 (Spring), once they dropped the ball on the game for Warhammer - and once EA/Bioware fired a number of Mythic staff in Sept 2009, I was done. Secondly, the realm timer between all three factions is 6 minutes. So what happens is a lot of folks just xrealm over to the majority bottom feeders that are on to kill what little population growth comes from brand new players. The whole point of the game was realm vs realm vs realm us vs them and them. There was a sense of loyalty that came from that. Once they shifted the timer down most everyone I knew was done. This also coincided with a number of hackers and whatnot (remember Mythic can't afford to keep an eye on your hacking unless it's so blatent they are forced to deal with it, i.e., crossing into the pve side of another realm through a keep or making m assive profits off of some broken code.)
