Optimism - patcher/login not working = new shards?

I made a mistake and restarted the game to get set up in the better textures mode to create my character.

And now I can't even get into a queue!

 

Optimismic in attitude, I assume that my launcher not even connecting to anything else is a sign that either there are new servers being put up or everyone will get booted and race to re-login.

 

Maybe I can catch a break and end up on something that isn't an RP and PVP server.

Someone please make a good MMO.

    Only just over a half an hour wait!

     

    EDIT - just realized my new shard (server) is named like a pron server.

    ALl EU servers are full except for a French and an English PvP one that is high.

     

    After getting disconnected for the second time, I'm back in 2700 position and 10hrs wait in queue.
