I was going to buy Rift

Untill Ive recently read you cant really level from rifts due to them nerfing the hell out of rift exp. I wanted to buy Rift on the 2nd because hey I can do Rift to my hearts content but now Ive been reading from a lot of players on the offical forums, because I'm the type that researches MMOs before I buy, and they say you hardly get any now. Is this something they are going to fix because I was set leveling just by rift. This concerns me greatly.

    There constanty are invador attacks and RIFTS popping up around me and I always got some nice exp out of it. Warfronds (battlegrounds) give decent exp too if you win. Now, I don't know if RIFTS give enough exp to level just through them, you could quest around and jump into the nearby rifts, but that's your choice. TThe stuff you get from completing RIFTS will get you nice item in the longer run tho.

    I don't know how it was before the update.

    Buffing xp gained from rifts is not exactly a hard thing to do. People are complaining about it on the main forums and so far Triong's shown that they listen to the players very closely, so I believe they will fix it soon. Orginal it was because people were complaining during betas that rifts give too much xp so they've fixed it for launch, unfortunately they kind of overdid it.

    its really boring to just lvl from warfront and rifts really. you will get tired soon. its better to quest ,explore and kill diff mobs is more interesting i think.

    I mainly quest but if I see a rift close by I'll join In on a group. And exp has seemed pretty good from that for me. Didn't notice to much of difference.

    There is at least 1 major invasion an hour from what I can tell, aside from that, there isn't a time when there isn't at least 1 or 2 rifts open and an invasion or two running around.

    Rift xp is still really good too. 

    Btw, if you want to play a game, don't let other people decide for you. Just play the !@#%in"; thing.  Unless you are still getting an allowance from your parents and are only allowed to buy one game every 6 months. Fifty dollars is nothing.  I blow 50 bucks just stopping at a gas station, and get no fun out of it whatsoever.
