Best MMO I've played in years. The normal PVE quests are there, after you hit the mainland there are rifts and invasions to stop. If you get bored of everything this game has to offer then I don't know what you're looking for in an mmo. Some people are going into the game with a very pessimistic attitude already. If you've convinced yourself you don't like something already, of course you won't like it once you try it. I personally find the soul system very balanced when it comes to pvp. I've played a cleric and a rogue calling up to about level 15. If you're actually decent at your own role you'll do well.  The largescale invasions are awesome, they are basically raid size ring events happening all over the zone.

    Great start.  Now, cue the naysayers, the reviewer who never actually played it, and the gaming expert that will predict how many subs it will drop after the first  month and we have ourselves a thread!

    100 times better then the last game i played (lotro) good to see a ton of player have left to play rift  :) hopefully more will leave soon to join us. playing on seastone BTW

    I agree! With Rifts, Invasions, Quests, and PvP there is always something to do.  I've really enjoyed it and haven't been able to stop playing!  I didn't even preorder until two days before head start but the higher level you get the better it even gets.  Good job Trion!

    I'm looking forward to the game.  I'm actually downloading it as I type.  I haven't spent time in the beta but from what I have been looking at I think this will be a good amount of fun for a while.  I'm hoping this will be a great break from Gradclasses and the girlfriend a few times a week, but I am worried a little bit about how casual the game really is.  I've been playing DCUO and I am bored out of my mind.  Hopefully this won't happen with this game.  I'm taking the risk regradless and hope to find myself entertained.
