To whoever wins: expect that you'll have to replace the power supply as soon as it arrives, as what comes with it will probably be cheap junk.
Other than that, it looks like it should be a decently nice gaming machine.

I sooooooo need a new computer. Im using an old 2 GHz single core with 1.5 gb of mixed Ram, 120 GB hard drive, and a Geforce 6200 graphic card

Even Canada is excluded on this one :P I couldn't even enter.
Maybe they don't want to pay international shipping? (In regards to non-US)
I am entitled to my opinions, misspellings, and grammatical errors.
We don't make the rules - the sponsor does. We don't buy the computer, the sponsor provides it and they don't want to deal with the complexities or costs of shipping a computer around the world. I recently shipped a computer from New Mexico to Washington State and it was over $100 (yay for rising oil costs!). Shipping something that weighs 40-50 lbs around the world would cost 2-3x that much. And once you got it - odds are your country will charge you $100-$300 in taxes/tariffs. The Internet makes us all feel like we are a stone throw away, but the reality is that the costs and laws make it really not that easy.
For example, CCP agreed to ship those $200 model ships worldwide. As a result I have had over 5 emails from angry prize winners that got tariff bills from their governments ranging from $20-$60.
For what it is worth if an EU sponsor wants to do a contest I am all over it (and we have had EU only contests in the past). I jump at the chance for giving free stuff to anyone, from any region. But you have to play by the sponsors rules if you want a sweepstakes at all.
