Ok so i chose Ranger as primary soul, and Marksman as soul 2 to compliment the ranger with ranged shot's, which soul would be the best pick for the 3rd soul to compliment those 2 ?

Saboteur, adds extra damage to range and crit chance, very deadly.

Assassin has good weapon enhancements for quite cheap, too.
Or Bard for some heals for your pet-party
You could roll a nightblade in there with 4 point in it.
That would give you the ability to go invis to sneak by crowded areas. It also gives you a kind of stun for when melee gets to close and a ranged attack all with only 4 points. That isn't a bad investment for 4 points in a soul.
Others mentioned Saboteur. Saboteur is really fun deeper into the tree when you can set traps and place explosive charges silently on your target. Sab is really a tricky class to squeeze the most out of if you have a pet since you will need to set your pet to not attack when you do so your traps can get triggered by mobs going over them.
There are alot of fun ways to roll a rogue. get to 15 and get all your souls and you can expirament. I purchased 2 extra roles so far and can switch between them and reset them any time with the trainer.
