There isn't a "right" or "wrong" way to play, if you want to use a screwdriver to put nails into wood, have at it, simply don't complain when the guy next to you with the hammer is doing it much better and easier. - Allein "Graphics are often supplied by Engines that (some) MMORPG's are built in" - Spuffyre
I think AO, MxO, and Neocron were the only 3 cyberpunk mmo's, Neosteam looks a little more steampunk-ish, which is also a neat genre.
This is suprising there is so few Cyperpunk games around, genre is great and I belive there should be lot of ready made IPs around... Why it's always fantasy, fantasy, fantasy and some more fantasy?

Man, I would LOVE to see a game that embodies the "high tech, low life" ideals of the genre as seen in the works of writers like Gibson and Stephenson. Sprawling glitter/dark, Blade Runneresque metropolii full of street vendors and homeless hackers nestled in between corporate archologies.
Sadly the trend of the second is what companies will gear themselves to go were the money is take WoW for and now the game Rift along with many other game that I don't need to mention at this time that have a orc and elf's in them. Some tried to go Sci fi with Star War and Star trek well we all know the story from these two MMO's all goes back to my point that the Devs go were the money is and unfortunate it is still with orcs and elves. Now I strongly believe that Sci Fi will make a come back with ToR thankfully but as far as a Cyberpunk MMO goes sadly no I dont see in the near future anything coming out for the kind of theme.

Have you tried Anarchy Online?
matter of fact i did try AO back in the day, it seemed more sci-fi than cyberpunk, but then again i played it during its beta haha.
Very different game system, but matter the fact it is mix between cyper-punkish, sci-fi and fantasy, going more on sci-fi and fantasy.
Now, it's just isn't too healthy...

Neosteam is steampunk as far as I know, tho don't know anything beyond that...haven't played it myself.
Getting the new Deus Ex: HR for my Cyberpunk fix. Sadly I don't think we will get a new cyberpunk mmo anytime soon.
My theme song.

Deus Ex would be a perfect candidate.
