Has anybody else gotten this bug? It's really pissing me off (Pet/Mount bug)

So I'm a blood elf paladin and I recently earned level 20 and I bought a warhorse from my trainer. I pulled up my spellbook, saw I had received apprentice riding, but there was no mounts tab. I checked everywhere, nothing. So I decided to go to the stable master, and I couldn't do anything, no options. I went to go see the riding trainer and all I could do there was buy journeyman riding, which costs 45 gold and is for level 40's so I didn't even bother with that. At this point, I started to get a little frustrated and decided to buy a pet to see if the pets tab would pop up the mounts tab. NEITHER POPPED UP! I decided to buy a new mount and STILL nothing popped up. I sent an open ticket, but that's taking forever.

Nevermind, I'm just a noob and was looking in the wrong place. -_-
Yeah, Pallys and Warlocks can be a little confusing at lvl 20 because you get new spells, then you can buy the other horses, and then you still have to find the right spot to actually cast the mount.
