Sometimes, A Crusade For Great Justice has innocent casualties. They are regretful. But know this. Their sacrifice was not in vain. Many little kids are being grounded from XBOX since their parents are too afraid to do that.
Maybe one day they will get a plaque to remember the loss this country and others have suffered.

really really glad i don't have to use xbox live.. my one and only experience with that POS program was GTA IV.. never again, as it totally ruined the game, same with games for windows live, just plain fed up with dodgy programs that interfere with game play, why i refuse to buy them now, might be putting the wrong message across but, i'd rather get a hacked version than the legit one, if it lets me avoid using them.

as for the hacking, im not particularly for it, its just that some games seem to encourage people to do so.. just so they can actually play a game they paid for.

The guy that was in teh room with us was Racking up points for just standing there. >_> It was ridiculous. We were laughing and getting pissed so mr mod banned us all even though me and my friend had the lowest points.... I already called microsoft and im using my other gamertag to play online atm.

Actually I think xbox live is a tremendous service overall. Sony still is playing catchup with it. And hackers/modders who use hacks to get advantage on xbox live matches should not only be banned forever, but should be hung, shot, and then burned at the stake. MW2 is a hacked piece of trash right now and I would never play it again for that reason alone. I could care less about the copywrite and pirating aspects although that is of course a concern to the devlopers, but hackers ruin the game for the millions of others who play legit on xbox live. Luckily Black Ops and most future games now have learned their lesson and have much better security protocols built in, above and beyond relying on the console security features.
And to the poster whose only experience was GTA4, I do have to say GTA4 is a really crappy multiplayer game so not a good attempt at testing how good xbox live service is. For mainstream shooters, xbox live is the best there is right now in my opinion. You can hop on and be in a match within seconds, while having a private group chat with your buds if you wish...

BUT WE WERE BANNED BY THE PRO FOR BEING IN A GAME IN WHICH WE DID NOTHING WRONG! Yeah hes doing his job but he banned My whole group of 4 for NOTHING. WE DID NOTHING WRONG. He banned everyone that was in the game. I can Read! I just posted the video showing who he was. jesus
i think i should point out that i don't actually have an xbox (or a ps3!) and for voice chat.. i usually use vent, in game voice comms are usually dire so 3rd party ones are normally a requirement for clans. (ts3 is probably more popular but vent imo is better) not sure that cod flops.. i mean black ops, was really an improvement on mw2.. but as mw2 bombed on the pc.. i guess it couldnt really get any worse, as for xbox live being a good service.. free ones actually provide more, and are more reliable, xbox live is far from reliable.. and when i said it made gta4 unplayable, that was just the single player version of it (which ridiculously required constant connection to the live server, or it bombed out.. utter failure) as for it being the best for online fps games.. it just really isnt - though if you ignore all the PC ones, i guess it might look better.... bit like saying a Fiat Uno is the best car out there - as long as you don't count any other vehicle with a working engine....
Your account was banned for no reason? Then put a message on the Xbox support forum that's specifically dedicated to account suspension and console bans for an appeal.
They are required to log citations for every account and console so that they can all it up in the event of a dispute. If The Pro was actually in thr wrong, then your account would be back immediately pending review and he'd be punished for it.
At the least you'll be provided with the rationale given for banning the account, and may ask for the suspension/ban to be removed supposing the violation is not confirmed or extreme.

I don't think they're realizing that you're not the person or people in the video.
On a cursory glance it's not too hard to misconstrue it, because you don't state in you OP that you were playing Bulletstorm or anything else specific to your own playsession, so they're just jumping to assuming you're talking about the CoD session you linked.

I think the "If you ignore all the PC ones" comment above is the key statement to why I think xbox live is such a good service for FPS these days. I love my PC games, and at one time the keyboard/mouse FPS scheme was for me the only way to play. And the availability of mods cannot be surpassed on a PC.
HOWEVER, many many people, including some of my friends, just either: 1) Don't understand how to buy a decent gaming rig; 2) They often have issues with compatability and updating drivers and downloading utility addons and finding mods, etc. I am constantly their tech support; 3) They don't want to drop down the extra coin that a decent PC rig costs.
Add onto this the massive online player base on a console (CoD or Halo would often have literally millions of gamers in the matchmaking pool) and the comfort of my media room (80 inch 3d TV, dolby 7.1 surround, recliners, soundproofing, etc) I finally made the difficult switch to controller over mouse/keyboard for FPS and, although it took over 2 years, actually even prefer it now for FPS.
Yes you are giving up the great mods on PCs which to me is the biggest loss, but I think that is slowly being solved. Halo for instance had the capability for downloading some basic player mods but did not yet fully incorporate that into matchmaking.
When MMO's finally start coming out on consoles I think I might make the jump from PC to console there as well, again for the reasons above.
PCs are in some sense superior for everything technically, but I think consoles are making great strides these days and I think the trend will continue. And between the 2 consoles out now (3 if you count Wii, which I dont since I am not a toddler), xbox live still edges out Sony although they are catching up...
