do you listen to music while you play video games and if so what kind ?

i listened to lots of mp3's on my pc while playing mmo's mostly usually hard rock music you know the real aggressive stuff helps with the farming usually :-P

    Yes! pretty much even while playing farmville i always listen to music, to lighten up the mood and not to get bored so easily.

    I love this video to bits, the song is easily the most beautiful and haunting track I've ever heard. Plus I loved final fantasy 8 when I played it 11+ years ago :) .

    Been playing this album a lot whilst doing the tol barad daily quests in wow.

    I do listen to music while playing games rather listen to the BGM of the game. It makes me fire up to play some more when we are grinding like 6 hours.

    I listen to music in everything that i do specially in games, music just pumps me up to play harder specially in FPS games.

    I like those songs some alternative rock songs, for me its make me comfortable and in mood while im playing.

    I like pretty ambient/new age stuff while crafting (like Enya) and psychedelic/experimental while exploring (like Legendary Pink Dots) and dub step /drum and bass or 80s darkwave during Darkfall sieges or instant action PVP in another game.

    It really depends. 

    If Im just relaxing and doing stuff like crafting/exploring then Im listening to my relax playlist which includes the calmest most relaxing BGM I can find from Ragnarok Online (Srsly their bgm pwns), Final Fantasy, Legend of Mana, and other video games along with some orchestras/ concertos.

     

    If Im pvping/wanting to do something exciting then I have happy fun music and battle tunes from other games (Capcom games, Squeenix, my favorite battle themes from other games, etc) along with jrock/jpop and anime songs, kpop/hip hop that get my mood up, umm...Bands like Rush, Dream theater, etc...Umm...  Yah!

     

    And for randomness, I have an entire playlist filled with the cutest tunes/songs ever!!! (@_@)/

     

    Also, sometimes I just like to randomize all my songs while playing and messing about! ^_^
