What is a PvP soul and does that give you four souls you can have or you have to drop one to maintain the limit of three?
Also, is the PvP soul the same for each calling? Is it basically like a trinket and has CC removal abilities or what?

It's a normal soul in every other sense except that you need PvP favor to buy it and the abilities in it affect PvP mostly.
There is one for each calling.
Neat...Just wondering if the PvP souls are focused on the main ability of the calling....healing for healers, DPS for mages and rogues, etc.
Here's a link to a character builder:

Warrior soul is called Vindicator
Cleric soul is called Templar
Mage soul is called Archmage
Rogue soul is called Infiltrator
One small thing. Clerics does not mean healers. In fact, rogues are probably the best PvP raid healers in game. Mages are second best. Clerics are struggling a bit but they'll find their place eventually.
There is much diversity within the callings so picking a calling does not lock you into a specific gameplay.
Wow.....clerics are not the best healers......rogues are! That is a surprise for me. So if my wife plays a Bard she will have good heals for me?!?!?
I like that!
I just have to wait 7 more months before i can play o.O
He said "the best PvP raid healers". And that's exactly what he meant. He didn't mean rogues are necessarily the best healers in general.
The Bard soul for rogues is currently the best PvP raid healing soul, for several reasons. First, Bard is a rogue which uses energy, not mana. Energy recharges extremely fast in this game so the Bard can keep his aoe raid heals going indefinitely. Second, the Bard's main attack heals the raid for 100% of the damage it does.
The Bard also has several weaknesses when it comes to healing. First, Bard cannot do any targeted healing. Only AOE party/raid healing. Second, the Bard's healing is severely limited with no enemy to attack. The Bard's best heals come from attacking and then using combo points in a coda that does a very solid group heal.
My rogue is my main character, and Bard is one of the main roles I play so yes I am quite familiar with it.
Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.
Bards excell at aoe healing but dont expect them to keep alive a tank or flag carrier if focus fired. Clerics cover that job way better. Some Cleric souls do have aoe heals as well.
