Been waiting a while for this, didn't know if the game hadn't slipped into developer hell or not.  Glad to see the progression for things they've done.  This is the only modern/post-modern MMO I would wait for, because I'm not into cars, crime sprees, and I'm not all that good with tactical games such as Rainbow Six.

My only real question is this: what does the 'quest'ing system look like?  Is it a typical MMO system, or more sandbox with 'quest' guidance and hints?

I think I need to see more?

Dude, they are wasting time a lot, since last year and they show 1 single video.

If there was a choice between this and what CCP will do with world of darkness i'd take CCP.  but we've not heard anything about world of darkness, so i cannot help but be excted over this :)

Every time I see or hear more about this game, I get more excited.  No classes and no levels really suggests it's a hybrid sandbox/ themepark and I have to say that is my favorite style of MMO. As far as genre....in my opinion they can't lose with this Lovecraftian / Stephen King type horror survival flavor. Everything I've seen about this game suggests that it's the game for me. I intend to play this alongside GW2 one day. I think if all things go as the developers have planned....I will have two great games to keep me entertained for a good little while.

Crap. I don't want to hear about progression and powers and all that normal, more of the same game play. I want to hear about secrets and mysteries, and how they plan to bring that into the game play.

    Once upon a time....

There was talk about this in some of the GDC coverage and demo....the problem solving and whatnot of puzzles and mysteries within the game that we will need to solve.

Wow... I'm impressed that they went the ArenaNet/GW2 route for trailers.... lol. Like, this is the GW2 manifesto funcomized. Interesting nontheless.
