  Are you trying to register through Turbine's main website or that button at the top?

  It is a sign that you should stay away from this game  .

   

   

   

   

   

  It is one of the many lotro performance bugs that never go away. Like all of the others keep trying and it will eventually work.

  You could always try asking a friend or one of us to make you an account then change the password...tis an idea!
