Poor Customer Service

I cannot get a response from customer service. I have waited several days and asked twice. Bummer. If I want to set up two different accounts on two different computers, do I need two different copies of the software/disc ?

    No. You can use the same 'Disk' to install the game, but you need a second 'key' for the seccond 'account' ..

    Side note: I find the Customer Service to be one of the best out of all the mmo's that i have played.. no trouble and quick responses, though I haven't had to use them since the end of head-start.. could be different now? I duno.. haven't had any trouble to have the need use them...

    That seems like it can be handled by their actual operators. The tickets seem to be over loaded because of all this hacking that was going on.
