Go red or guild up into a war?

That's the question. I want action. Problem is if going red will give to much action (getting ganked at sight by blue players), or if I can handle it.
Or starting/joining a guild for guild wars? Might be a bit calmer I guess.
Or I just start with a guild, and then go red with it? Lol.. Cannot make up my mind!
Is it ok living as red today? Any experiences? ^^

You will go red regardless of what you do because any guild worth their salt will bomb you with blue mage alts first so you go red, then they'll kill you when they can knock you "out" for 5 minutes it takes to level up statloss.
As a red you should have no problems, there are lots of blue towns completely devoid of players so reds go in as they want to throw down loot. Or if you want, there are ways to go from red to grey & yellow, but the how-to's I leave to you.
