Arch Overseers - Hardcore PvE (Guardian)

Guild Background:



Arch Overseers is a guild that has been together for well over a decade through various MMO’s. It was one of the original Everquest guilds and has been under the same leadership for the majority of this time. We have been on top of the food chain in any MMO we have dedicated ourselves to, boasting numerous server firsts and even world firsts. This is not an attempt to show our ‘e-peen’, but a glimpse of our determination, and mentality of our core group.



General Guild Expectations:



1. Be available to play between the hours of 5pm-10pm UK Time, at a minimum of 4 times per week.



2. Expect to group with guild members first, and to be vocal in guild chat regarding the formation of groups. Most players will understand if you need to leave to go join your guild.



3. While our members are from many different countries, we are an English speaking guild.



4. Have an open mind and don’t be easily offended. If you can't handle being ordered around during raids, or accepting constructive criticism, don’t bother applying. If you can't handle foul language (I don't mean insults, just swearing in general) don't bother applying.



5. While we do have a voice comms server, /gu will be our main form of communication. For guild events, voice comms may become a requirement to attend in the future.



6. While we do not have an age requirement, we expect all who wear our tag to be respectful and polite to people they encounter throughout the game. We surround ourselves with people we want to be around, and so should you. We are not about babysitting or restricting your actions, but about upholding our reputation.



Rift Goals:



Our fundamental goal in Rift is to help each other level up and experience group content. Our guild mission is to do whatever is necessary to tackle end-game raiding content as it presents itself.



Who we are looking for:



Arch Overseers is seeking players who are mature, easy going, know how to have fun, yet also know when it’s time to buckle down and get serious about kicking some ***. We expect all players who apply to be very knowledgeable of their class, and know how to adapt to different situations at any given time. We have absorbed many skilled players into our ranks throughout the years, from all different MMO’s, and we hope nothing to be different here in Rift.

Our roster is not only comprised of some of the most skilled, and dedicated gamers, but also that of a family nature.
