I have to say I am having so much fun with this game, even when I've done some of the quests several times, there is enough variety in the classes and such that each time is a little different. I'm tempted to dual box, since I just found a 90 day game card I didn't realize I had.

I wish there was another game that could give me a similar play experience with better graphics, bigger population and a little more polish, but until then VG will do nicely.

I'd definitely play again if they had more people on the server. I have plenty of mid 20 to 50's classes. Resubbing and playing by myself seems to just not make it worth it anymore (been burned) too many times.

Ok so I resubbed, and man is it depressing to know that such a phenomenal game is going unnoticed. I managed to find my way to this island way off in the middle of no where, I thought was completely empty. However, I end up going over the hill and there are like 20 high levels there doing something. I can't remember where exactly it was but the exploration in this game is awesome.

Also, yes the leveling portion of the game (20-49) seems to be kind of low population, the endgame has a lot more people. In the game as Vindicus.

Just starting this week too. Me and husband. We plan to play a lot this weekend to check it out before deciding to sub or not. I have not seen the game since the beta, and the beta was in such a poor state that I did not buy retail and haven't re-visited since.

Anyway, hope to see some people around to group up with.

must admit i am thinking of resubbing to vanguard , howeverr should i roll on the euro server or the us server since when i am on the wuro server it does seem empty even on the island might be the times i go on , but i do agree with what someone has posted saying it was released ahead of computing power and only now are most people seeing it in the glory

I'm playing Rift atm but will resub to Vanguard soon and bring a friend with me. It will be fun, as always when I resub :)

The good thing about it is you just need to sub,  you don't even need to buy the game.

I've always wanted to try this, but the low pop has stopped me. If I can get a good community (guild thingy) then I am often sold. I am based in EU but would play US if there would be an awesome social guild. I Will be "vanVidd" ingame (for the trial atm)

    Have at you!

Been subbed for a while now. Great game, but I haven't been able to spend as much time in it as I'd like.

    Zihao Dawnstrider  17 Monk

    Shahid AlSuhaim  15 Ranger

    Nodas Grandclaw 10 Sorcerer (Isle)

If you see me on and need a hand with anything let me know.

If you want to try the game but are worried about the low population, be the change you want to see.

For me and this is playing the game as a hardcore raider and role player. If there is no development team working on this game's past bugs or future content, then there is no logical point in paying for it (simple as that).

I hate to be the one to say this and this is my opinion, I think those still paying for Vanguard are damn fools (game is dead  or dying).

Huh I think anyone who can't just let someone else enjoy a game for whatever it is to them is a damn fool. Your opinion or not, it really is silly to worry or judge what other people do with their money and entertainment. I personally have no desire to ever play SWTOR, but if someone gets joy out of it more power to them, they are no damn fool.

First off Leo, I don't control anyone's enjoyment of a game by stating a opinion (It's like letting your kids throw money in a wishing well at the mall "they throw money in the well cause it's fun to them, but I know it could have gone in the gas tank"). The game at lower levels, I can say is enjoyable and fun, but at some point you begin to realize (after 50) if you are paying in hopes of some miraculous $OE miracle that they will up date something based on your $14.95 a month then you are delusional (a damn fool).

All MMORPGs at some point are a waste (devs mess up the dynamic or stop developing things) but usually it is hidden, with Vanguard, it is not (a blind and deaf man can see and hear that). If you don't beleive me, go look at the last time a dev updated something in that game (a real shame to see).

On one hand I may go back to the game if not to finish off my Monks "PotA armor, kick it with old friends, but I won't sub with hopes that they will up date something (SOE made sure that wouldn't happen when they bought it from SIGIL).

By the way, I have been waiting on them to put "flying" wyrms in this game since I first seen one in Alpha, and it hasn't happened yet (not the bubble gum Wyrm either).

I would disagree in every way.  First off, throwing your money in the well does nothing.  Paying to play the game gives you something back.  Is it supported or updated? No.  But you still garner enjoyment from it, just like any other game.  I have multiple high level VG chars and have came back more than a few times.  I can tell you that without any content updates in a year that there is still more content in VG that I have seen In Rift.
