That whole walking in stations thing, did that ever happen in EVE? Been away for a while.

Only the character remodeling / recreation part. There is still zero non-ship action in EVE.
Supposedly "Incarna" is coming out this summer, with a captain's quarters to walk around in, as well as the ship hangar. From what I gather, more and more things to do outside the ship will be added in smaller release packages.

As I thought..."vaporware". At this point I'll beleive it when I see it. Thanks for the replies.

I don't know how you define vaporware, but for me when something is shown in video to be working then I don't call it vaporware. Further it's going to be on test server supposedly in the next two weeks. This is definitely past the idly-talked-about-maybe-planned stage.
So you could have believed it already, had you seen the fanfest video of it, heh.

You would definately be wrong (or not know what vaporware means), but it has been delayed a lot. The captain quarters we get this summer is only a single player environment, so if you're waiting for bars etc. you should be patient.
Captain's quarters are already working on the test server. Hardly call that vaporware.
