Really fun MMO with low grind
I am looking for a new game to play. I played WoW since release, but the content is getting repetitive and I want to try somethibg new.
I also tried Rift, but the combat was more boring than WoW and the class system was more annoying than fun.
I am looking for a good MMO, that has a high player base and has low grind and stays fun for a while.
Any suggestions?
Games I tried or have:
- Guild Wars
- Global Agenda
- WoW
- Rift

MIght try DCUO, it has a low grind, ok population, and a decent amount of content. Other than that not too much pops into mind. I'd suggest GW2 when that comes out.
DDO maybe? I heard (havn't played it personally) its has an interesting combat system and i have not heard complaints about grinding, and its f2p.
If you wanted the shortest grind however and thats all you cared about...... DCUO would be it.... you max out in 3 days of Casual play.
It seems like you are looking for another themepark, so I won't mention sandboxes.
The only polished ones left are LotRO and Aion, imo. A good game with decent combat (not as good as WoW and in my personal opinion not as good as Rift) and Aion.
Since you don't like grindy mmos Aion shouldn't be concidered as an option
On the other hand, Aion has a very interesting combat which is quite smooth and fun for my taste. So it's up to you, but since LotRO is free to play, there's no harm in trying it. Aion has very limited trials as well, afair.
