Account Billing Problem

i bought the game 3 days ago and i created an account. I put the code and after that it wont accept any credit cards. I asked a Question in the so called "Support" and they told me to try ANOTHER one, OR GO BUY THE GAME. The people in the Support might not even tried to READ my Question. Thank You Very Much TRION

    more likely than not your problem is prob due to your bank and not Trion. Some credit cards issued by some banks will not authorize you to use them. Contact your bank.

    Yeah the best is to contact your bank and tell them you want to setup a payment over the internet.

    Ive used so many time those cards for many games. I even gave the same card to a friend for Rift and it worked. Its not the card. ive tried 6 so far and thesame message appears.

    I'm getting the same feeling that support isn't even reading my messages. My account got closed on last monday when there was supposed to be first billing. All I got was mail saying my creditcard wasn't valid. I called my credit card company first and they couldn't see any requests at all from trion. After a few mails/calls to trion (without any service or support at all, really) I made paypal account as that was their guess on how to get it fixed. All the same with paypal... Paypal is saying they don't get any requests at all from trion. So support says it takes time to 'process'. 4th day now it's processing? I don't think so... Last mail I got on friday they had found out why my CC company rejected the payment. And remember that my creditcard company is saying they haven't even received any requests that they could reject. I confirmed that by calling them, once again. The reason my payment was rejected was because I had written my name's middle inital on my billing information. Ok... But that's what the card says and I just copy what's written on it. It has worked for the past 10 years so why not now?

    Funny thing is that my friend has his account inactive and his creditcard hasn't been billed at all and yet he's playing the game.

    This is getting so funny... I'm considering leaving the game as all I'm getting now is headache and phone bills.
