Actually an Axe Murderer MMO would be a rather nice change of pace Would be cool if you could get the rights for the character names but that would be nearly impossible. Still, Walking around in a mask made of human skin while wielding a chainsaw to chop up "victim" mobs would be better than hunting orcs and oblins for the thousandth time.
i could see it now: 4500 Jason Vorhees, Michael Myers, or Freddy Krueger running around killing NPC camp counselors, nurses, and dreamers. It would be a disaster.
However, a vampire and werwolf type of mmo would be nice. Not the Twilight kind but more of the Vampire: A Masquerade types or fromt he same publisher "Werewolf." Now, that would be interesting
People who have to create conspiracy and hate threads to further a cause lacks in intellectual comprehension of diversity.
...only problem is that there can't just be one Scissorman to a thousand spooked players. Plus, how do you handle environmental hazards in a perpetual zone? The first person to push a bookshelf down to slow down the killer is going to ruin it for everyone else that wanted that as a backup.

Clock Tower, or a Scooby Doo Murder Mystery one.
