It's just a little note about how Archeage has a new logo designed recently. Not a big deal, just a new logo picture (The 'brand identity') to look at.

It's a fansite that keeps people up-to-date on ArcheAge news. It's been around since early 2010. It's the oldest fansite and the first result when I search Google for "ArcheAge". I'm pretty sure it's not a scam.

Hmmf. Looks fresh and can has clean type. Better than what they have now but the capital A + potted plant close up in the center isn't so appealing to me. Also it lacks a female portrait preferably including mammaries. Everyone knows you need a female portrait preferably with mammaries to succesfully market a mmorpg!

True. There is still a chance for this game to become a success ... but they better not screw it up by showing more potted plants, throbbing seed pods and other verdancy but forgetting about the raw selling power of a female portrait with mammaries. Unless they are targetting a mainly botanic target group that is. Or tea-brand fetishist's.

They've only revealed 3 of the 8 races in game so far. My best guess is that one of the remaining five will have the right marketing equipment, and the C's will be leveraged appropriately. Its an MMO afterall, so I'm sure that in time it will follow the tried and proven marketing formulas.
