No HOC today...

There was nothing posted about today's HOC so someone had to ask if it was happening.  No it's not...

Hey all, I had the HoC planned for this evening, but because I recently became an uncle I have to postpone this evenings HoC.



What Im pushing for right now however is to show you a video clip on whats to come in the new Mount system, which I think you will find interesting. a video should show its content better than me talking about it. Im gonna see if we can arrange a new HoC or simply give you enough videos for the coming contents, you should get an update when Black Opal gets on.

    Becoming an uncle is only an excuse for the failure to hold the HoC. image

    Sorry I cannot help thinking what Slapshot & co have to say.

    Sorry I cannot help thinking what Slapshot & co have to say.

     

    Please provide proof for your statement.

    It's not like the day came and went without any word on the HoC.  They've notified us that they aren't holding it, and at the least they plan to publish a video on the dynamic mount system and perhaps answer some submitted questions.

    Works for me.  It's not that big of a deal.

    The dedication and commitment some people have to bash this company... I just moved on to a different game to enjoy myself, but whatever floats your boat.

    As for this thing, I don't really see the big deal, they postponed the hoc and gave you something that was probably better then the normally useless hoc anyway.

    I rather see the video. But ofc they will bash that as well, since it is not long enough, too long etc etc...

    Amazing what the "fans" of this game will forgive. I swear, if Henrick showed up to their house, punched their mom, ate everything in the fridge and burned the house to the ground on the way out; some people here would just say "It's an indy company, you have to expect stuff like that..."

    That's just.. unprofessional. A CEO of a company to cancel a sheduled monthly chat just because some relative is born. Have he never heard of laptops? Is he the only one capable of doing this chat (hint: mats)? Not to mention it would only take what, an hour?..

    Given the ridiculous overreaction the HoC cancellation has engendered, not to mention the compulsive bashing/stalking some people engage in on every gaming site possible to spin everything MO related with agenda-laden negativity, you'd have thought that Henrik had actually done what you suggested (and killed their dog as well).

    Again, I don't think the HoC being cancelled is a big deal.  As usual, too much is being made of it.
