How do I turn these on? Its hard to heal people outside of group without hover healthbars.

    You'll have to explain what exactly you mean by "nameplates". It's UI standart to show the characters name above their head.

    In warhammer and wow if people are near you can see their health and mana bars floating above their heads so you can heal or attack enemies. I haven't been able to figure out how to turn this option on yet, just started playing today.

    I play a level 47 cleric and I haven't seen/heard of this feature, so you may be out of luck! Although, I could be wrong because I just figured out about rez sickness about a week ago haha.
