Star Trek Online: Design the Next Enterprise Winners Announced

Cryptic Studios and the Star Trek Online team have announced the winners of the "Design the Next Enterprise" contest. The lucky first place winner is Adam Ihle with second, third and fourth place winners and runners up all revealed on the official Star Trek Online contest page.

    I personally didn't think the winning drawing was detailed enough; especially in comparison to some of the others. The size comparison chart was a nice touch though (even though it left out B and C). There were quite a few good designs submitted for this.

    Yeah. 2nd place looks much nicer. How does the winner not even have color?

    While I like the winner, I think I liked the 2nd place one (and the one by C. Madden) better.

    I would tend to agree. The designs are nice you should have seen the ones submitted for EvE Online's create a ship contest. Here are the winners.

    I was thinking that the "Design the Enterprise" winners looked pretty decent, I liked the 1st place the best, but these EVE ones blow the STO on es out of the water.

     

    Will the EVE winners be made into in-game ships?
