Found this at my local best buy and noticed they are also available online at www.bestbuy.com.

Can't wait for the new server to go live. I think it will be great as long as those going logging on know what they're in for. You know there will be campers, you know tortage island will be jam packed with ganking everywhere, but also remember how large the world is once you leave the island. There is a place in every game for brutal pvp, just don't complain and become good enough to defeat those causing you grief.

I myself have scoured the whole of central Ohio for these.
Be warned that you cannot cound on cards being at the stores that BestBuy's website says they're in stock at. BestBuy has bad inventory control. You can call the stores, however, and assume you talk to somebody who can speak in full sentences, you can have them actually check the shelf.
Also, the Rise of the Godslayer expansion is $14.99 as well there. Same advice applies.

Rise of the Godslayer is still $9.99 from Amazon. Includes the full game as well and a month of time for a new account.
In uk rise of the godslayer is £5 and yeah it contains the whole game plus expansion and 30 days sub for a new account .

You can use this free shopping app for Pc windows and it will find it the cheapest in your country and remember to download the app using your own country map from www.myshoppinggenie.com/helpall you can use this app to buy almost anything it's a great free tool. They will be bringing out 5.0 which will work on macs soon too keep the link but you will have to reinstall it and remove 4.0 to allow 5.0 enjoy.
