Diablo III Beta Coming Soon

Blizzard says that you could be playing Diablo III sooner than you might have thought.
In today's quarterly earnings call by Activision, Blizzard chief Mike Morhaime had this to say: "We began internal company-wide testing last week. The game looks great, and we're currently targeting a Q3 launch for external beta testing." For those not in the know, that would put the beta somewhere between July and September.
That might put the game on track for release late this year, but don't start holding Blizzard to any promises. "The development team is working hard to try and launch Diablo III this year, but I want to be clear that we do not have an official release date or window yet," Morhaime said. "As always, we will not compromise the quality of the game in order to hit a window."

Blizzard don't release half finished games, they have to be perfect before launch which is what the majority of the community would like.
All of the bugs in world of warcraft at launch and with all the server crashing that happened kind of contradict that statement. But to each their own!
Don't worry, these next ten years of waiting will just fly by.

Of course theres going to be bugs at launch Test Realms and Live Realms are a whole different ball game, but the game was released a "finished product" which at the moment D3 isnt.
I want the game now!!!!! It's been ages since I had my last Diablo fix and Diablo 2 ain't cutting it, not anymore....

I complain a lot about how time flies, but when it comes to D3, I'm glad I'm finally within a year range of its release lol.
I can't wait to play this game...been waiting it for ages !
Male and Female for every character type, count me in.
Play Torchlight while you wait. It costs all of $15 and gets you your ARPG fix. Plus you can feel warm and fuzzy knowing you're supporting an innovate independent studio.

Im so excited that I try to held my expectation at middle.... but it's so HARD!
Plus Bethesda's games have a lot more replayability with player created content .
The cruise liner, 'Queen Elizabeth 2', moves only six inches for each gallon of diesel that it burns.
Well Blizzard is the Queen Elizabeth and they only get 10 gallons of fuel per day :P
If D3 is anything like D2, goodbye reality. Also, it would be awesome to see this game by the end of this year, hopefully the beta test goes as planned. I'll keep busy until than so please hurry up Blizzard!
