Go to the SoE website, reset your accnt password and get on! THe servers are EMPTY right now.

    Anyone know if the free game time (45 days) is available if you weren't subscribed at the time it went down, or if it's available to every player?  I might log in if so.  Also, is the double XP weekend still working or have they not extended it?

    I was able to log into all 3 of my accounts for free. they where not active when they went down

    i cant reset my password; i get a system error and am told to go to customer support where....guess what? they want me to log in with my password which I can't cuz it won't reset. OMG, only SOE can be so incompetent.  I want my SWG !!!! AHHH! Please, somebody, buy out SOE and give SWG to someone who can actually run a multi-national and provide customer support!

    Servers were up all night and this morning but log-in screen seemed to fail around 9am est.  If you are ingame you are ok, but no  luck so far getting others in atm.

     The 45 free days extends to all accounts as far as im aware. in addtion TeeSquard has announced that the double exp is still live on servers. they havent set a date yet as to when it will end but at least its still running.

     

    Vendors, cities, etc are pretty much as we left them 15 days ago and or soe extended time for vendor items, etc.

    Station Launchpad is still down?

     

    I can't change resolution without the Launchpad.

    This isn't good, 2 of my 3 accounts has been affected, the passwords were changed and the secret question has been altered.
