quick question...

in Everquest II

I was able to bring the EQ2 launcher today and was directed to change the password, which I did successfully, now, however, when I try to log in to the game I get this message: "This account is for an underage user.  you are not old enough to access this game"

I'm in my 30's so that's not the issue, and I was playing regularly with an active paid subscription before the game was takin off-line. 

Any suggestions

    By the way your qoute about ww3 and ww4 is one of my favorites.  My dad said that to me when I was super young.
