some noob questions

even though i have a lvl 41 warrior in karus...u can still call me a noob. I just have a couple questions and I'm not too sure if they've been answered yet, but hopefully someone could help me out.
1. Ok, I just bought the 500 national points from that knight guy but i have no idea how to get more or how i would lose them. People have killed me in the abyss dungeon but i didn't seem to lose any. I currently have 550/0 (whatever that means). So i guess...How would i be able to earn more national points?
2. I have goblin stuff on, as well as a silan helmet (mainly for the hp bonuses) and so far i have about 1.2k of hp, but i always see chitin stuff here and there and it seems to be in high demand as well. So i'm curious, what helps more for close combat, high def or high hp?
3. what's the best way to get exp fast? I'm sick of killing like 342092438 death knights just to get to 5% now. And parties would be helpful if everyone actually fought.
4. Also is it worth putting stat points into my dex? I maybe put about 5 points in dex so far and about 15 in hp, and all the rest in str, so i'm wondering if that's good or not. Any pointers?

1. you get more np in wars by killing players in the other nation. or in CZ by killing other players in the colony zone. Though if you get killed, you lose np.
2. I much prefer goblin fullplate instead of chitin. Because of the bonuses to your hp and mp, and damage. But later on I would make or buy a full set of chitin+6/10 because it gives you full power and defense so it'll fill up for your hp and mp.
3. If you're 41, there's something called Eslant...it's wher eall lvl 40+ players train. I'm guessing that you know what I'm talking about. Deru and apostle parties are excellent for fast and consistent xp. As you get to 45, use provoke(lvl 45 defnese skill) to get in harpy parties and u'll lvl like crazy.
4. You made a BIG mistake there, warriors should never ever put dex into their stats. THey mean absolutely nothing. Dex is only for rogues. I would reskill and put all points in to hp until you have 90(for chitin) and the rest into str. Str and hp are the only two stats you need, others don't do a damn thing to you.
