Do lots of people still play this game?

I haven't played in about 8 months, and I was thinking about going back. The thing is, I remember a lot of people left the game right around when I quit, and I was wondering if there's still a big enough population to be worthwhile.

Waiting for something fresh to arrive on the MMO scene...

    Anyways, there's one statistical tracking site, can't think of it right now. But last I looked, about 50,000 players logged into emerald in the last month, and I think it's 10000 a week. So during primetime on Emerald, there is probably 1000 or so... It's enough. Additionally, there are 2 other servers.

    Emerald - East Coast US

    Markov - West Coast US

    Werner - Europe

    Recently, PS appeared in a European magazine on a DVD for the download and there was a large influx of players over there, so I can't give you a good idea of their numbers, but probably about 70% of Emerald's.

    If you play on Emerald there will be battles just about any time of the day. It seems the game has gotten more new people as well, and it can easily manage huge fights still. No other game can deliver the same large battles and feeling. Is this game dying anytime soon? hell no

    image I play it every once in a while. There are always a descent amount of people on. I've never had a problem with that. Its an awesome fun game when you get the hang of it and do some teamwork with your faction.

    Can someone please make me a sig. I would like it to have something to do with an eagle(the bird) Somewhere near the eagle can you put the words "Global Defense Initiative". Could you also have the line "If you can't buff up, don't step up!". Thanks!
