how is the AP grinding now? i got lv 55 templar, i remember we need miliion of AP to get AP stuff. got fed up with the AP losses and quit.

well atm there is an event that gives you more ap and makes you loose less ap in pvp. also in dredgion you will gain 2x more ap. and in 2.5 there is a new instance where you can get alot of ap.

I still have Aion Installed and updating now I will login on friday and check it out, and see if it is worth playing although if the game customization is still the same as it has been then It isn't worth playing, and the last time I tried Aion the servers were really empty compared to when it first was released which goes to show a decline in population.
I haven't really seen any good changes come to Aion, and the only thing I see them really talk about is how many costume changesthey got how cool it is and all that otehr type of crap, and the only other things I see on there really are instances, maybe new ones not that interesting really, and Pets which I totally could care less about, oh yeah and a few graphics changes YAY!.

NC Soft, and the Koreans love to show off how great their game looks which it looks really nice, and they also love to show off the character customizations, sure they did a good job on it, but Aion 2.5 is a big failure and a let down already based on what I am seeing.

What good does this do me even if I were subscribed to Aion when they require you to buy Plastic Surgery tickets at $9.99 USD a piece just to change hair, Face, and skin which is part of everyone's game when they first bought it and should be a 100% Free feature unless it costs a few bucks of in game cash but again should be really really cheap because more people would enjoy this game and be paying monthly.
So even if I wanted to go back to Aion, try their new Customizations, or change the looks on all of my characters I am required to pay $9.99 USD per character change, and that is just too much, and again it doesn't require any GM to help you and is a total automated process.
NC Soft needs to make these to be Free from Real Life money, and Continue with their Optional Items Shop such as pets, and other costumes/options but they need to let this go with their over priced character creation changes which cost them nothing.
I would be more than willing to be paying NC Soft $20 a month Instead of $16 or a flat rate for unlimited changes to my characters any time I please, but that is just me, and they should offer an option like that or buy them as you go.
It definitely looks nicer with a coat of paint, but I'm not touching this game ever again until it finally decides whether it wants to be a PvP game or a PvE. Clearly, in a western setting, you can't have it both ways. First they nerf PvP and everyone bitches, then they make it awesome again, people start leaving, then they come to a compromise and have an on-again, off-again week of PvP nerf/buff, and people still aren't happy. They probably never will be either until the PvE'ers finally get their PvE server, and no I'm not trying to open that debate so don't start it here.
Point is, the game doesn't work. All but two servers stay relatively empty and only one is active enough for lowbies to get to experience the group content, and people are too busy antagonising each other to play the actual game. Let's not forget the lack of PvP even in the Abyss because people are afraid to lose their AP. Ugh. Such a trainwreck.
