Arg don't try to reinstall the authenticator....
I did that cause I rebuilt my phone. Been a couple days now and I can't play. Authenticator won't reinitializes, you can't remove it from your account and the only way to fix it is apparently to call them. Apparently entering your password on account maintenance and all the silly secret questions are not good enough for them to reset it.

And that is a good thing because keyloggers can get all your information, including things like the Sony Compromise, so anyone could call any game they know you are subscribed to and use your information to gain access to your account either way, so it is good.
Call them or file a ticket and I am sur ethey will get back to you, I remember when the Keyloggers from www.curse.com compromised my wow accounts, and as a result someone else added an authinticator to my account so I couldn't get into it but I got it back.
This is the exact same thing with Blizzard's authenticator btw. I mention it because I had a similar experience there. I think that serial that the authenticator produces for you to register in the site is tied to your specific phone somehow. If you factory reset it, it changes and thus the authenticator stops giving correct numbers from that point on. I don't know if the same thing happens if you upgrade the OS.
lol shouldn't be that hard to call them.. I remember back in the day when my Warcraft 2 account got hacked, i had to jump through hoops to get that back, i WISH i could've just called them.. So yeah, pick up a phone and call them.

I prefer that they make you go through a phone. A friend of mine got hacked in Wow as well. They stole the Guild bank as well as everything off his toons. It was a mess.
