2 things first, are you going to do the f2p aspect or the go the vip route, subscription.

If you do the free to play route then you will only have the starting zones, lone lands, and moria zones, if you bought the mines of moria expansion.  All other zones you will have to purchase with turbine points.  Also swift travel will not be available to you which is a pain.

If you go subscription, vip, then you will have acces to all  as long as you are subscribed.  once you unsub you go back to f2p mode, unless you buy the unlocks for each zone which is permanent.

Now for seeing the expansions you should be able to see them in the account management part.  But if you bought it you have it, just wont get acces to it, ie angmar expansion, you might have bought it but its only availble to you as a subscriber unless you buy the unlock.

If you cant find any info on your account page, you can try to do a ticket but it will be a long time for them to answer, unless your vip.  So the best thing to do is to log in and open up the cash shop, bottem right of the UI, go to Account(under browse), then Quests and Content, then either Expansions or Quests pack.  If you see it there, then you dont have it.

Now my suggestion is is sub for one month, get the free swift travel locks, as well as create any character you want to play eventually, this will give them full access to bank and such.  Then cancel sub, then trough out the year buy turbine points on sell and then buy account unlocks, like zones, shared bank, when they are put on sell.  I did this, bought $100 woth of Turbine points when they were on sell, got 15000, was able to buy all account unlocks as well as extra character slots and shared bank slots and ended up with 3000 TPs left over.

Oh and last thing, any new deed you finish will give you a small amount of Turbine points, so you can with some hard workd and time build up enough points and never buy anything.

Torvaldr is correct, some small corrections though.

    1. Isengard preorder does NOT come with the MoM and SoM expansions. It gives you the "path of the Fellowship" Questpacks which are a whole different animal than expansions. Though it does include all the quests that where in the Moria and Mirkwood expansions.

    2. Limitations do not only apply to SoA content(which was not a expansion btw), but to ALL content not included in either MoM or SoM. For example new content areas like enedwaith or new instances. Not sure about current endgame as i don't have any non VIPs in my kin.

    Another correction:

If you had subscribed earlier, you will still have swift travel unlocked on the characters that you played during that time, even if you stay as premium.
