Help me find this game. Older pc game.

Hey there, I been trying to find thos old game I used to like, I can't remember the name but i'd recconzie it if i seen it.
In it your this guy, you can enter vechicles, blow up other vechicles and buildings, and it also had a rts element since you could build your own structers etc, the money format in the game was this liquid metal looking substance, and the game also didn't have much in the way of textureing. and no its not C&C Renegade either though it is kinda simmlar albet a much older title. You bascally had missions to do on the planets you land on, had a campaign mode to it. vechicles were mostly orange and black for the side you play in the campaign mode. Thanks if you can help.
