    Watched it and liked it. Didn't love it but thought it was entertaining. drrrrragged on though.

    I loved it.

    Yet again, we Scots dominate American culture!

    James McAvoy - an AWESOME Scottish actor - playing Charles Xavier really boosted its production and acting values.

    So, that is James McAvoy as Prof. X, Ewen MacGregor as Obi Wan, Sean Connery as Sean Connery, Gerard Butler as King Leonidas in 300, Robert Carlyle in 28 Weeks Later/ Stargate Universe and so on. We Scots rock.

    Not to mention the Scot Mark Millar writing Wanted and Kick Ass, both comics made into excellent movies. Or even what the Scot Grant Morrison has done for American comics - giving them a more subversive and mature and grittier edge - and how this is reflected in the more mature narratives we are now seeing in movie adaptations of comic books.

    Yeh, I am a Scottish cultural nationalist. Loved the new x-men movie and loved it doubly because McAvoy does us Scots proud.

    p.s. fave scene was Magneto taking out those Nazis in the Argentinian bar.

    I want to see it. I am a huge fan of Marvel and Xmen.

     

    Read some reviews, can never be to bias. Some say good , some say bad.

     

    But never determine a movie or game until you discover it first hand, is what I say.

    I thought it was a pretty good movie, love Kevin Bacons acting, he was a pretty good villain but I think they didnt write his ending too well.For as powerful as his character was and as good as his acting was, somehow his death was kind of anti-climatic to me.

    I saw it to it was awesome!  :D I still wish they would make a Deadpool movie though :/

    I wouldn't go as far as saying it was awesome but it was the best of all the x-men movies, a good 8/10.

    Too bad wolverine only came up for 5 seconds (but best 5 seconds ever!) and that most of those "x-men" were kinda lame tbh. But the story was great and the characters overall well developed.

    When anyone ask me, i say it is the best X-Men movie so far. If you liked the other ones, you gonna love this one.

    Wasn't a fan.  I don't know why Stan Lee and Marvel are basically allowing a total rewrite of X-Men history.  They have a great backstory that is easily translateable to film.  Instead, they have to try to insert the X-Men into the Cuban missile crisis and pull the Hellfire club back in time to the '70s.  And why use lame new mutants, like the one with the butterfly wings?  Just use actual characters.  Argh.
