It's a pretty stupid decision. While it is, of course, completely wrong for the employer to do that, it's not worth $95 million or $40 million. It's realistically worth something like $100,000 at most, and that's being generous. Who decided that getting hit with a penis in the head is worth $95 million? Why don't you just say it's worth $50 gazillion, if we're going to act asinine about it?
