in World of Warcraft

Thinking about buying, but I can't guarantee my mates will be on at the same time as me.
So I would like to know if there is enough of a game here for the solo player.

    Well i am playing alone so far and i think so because it gets annoyign having to help some1 aroundimage

    More than enough solo content although going through dungeons will take some grouping in most cases.

    Soloing to 60 isn't a problem.  But you'll have pretty crappy gear from doing so.  Unless you farm gold like crazy and camp the Auction House.  And even then...

    Groups are the way to go, and if you pick a high pop server, it shouldn't be to terribly difficult to find a group at your play time, unless you roll a shaman/rogue, in which case you have to compete with 198,644,986 other people with the same class for a group spot, so it might be a bit tougher.

    you can solo the game without much trouble and finding a little help when you need it has never really been a problem for me. Instances require groups and they usually aren't too hard to get a group together. All in all this game works well for people who love to solo and people who have to have a group all the time.
