Wargaming.net and Interactive Gaming Software (IGS) have reach an agreement to bring a boxed edition of World of Tanks to retail outlets around the globe. Boxed editions will sell for $19.99.
“We’re extremely proud to say that our headliner will finally appear in stores,” said Wargaming.net CEO Victor Kislyi. “We are happy to partner with IGS and hope that their tremendous expertise in distributing retail production will help in bringing the popularity of World of Tanks to a completely new level.”

hmm, i wonder what they are going to offer on a box sale. nobody will buy a box for 20 bucks on a free game they can download without some goodies attached.
Suppositions: a premium exclusive tank (i bet on a tier 6) and a gold pack (5k).
Good surprise would be they offer a bigger gold pack - 10k coulld be a really good commercial choice imho
Maybe offer like 30 days premium plus a T5 or so premium tank.
Sounds good, might make the game grow even more.
Sadly the web based Clan Wars is killing what was a fun tank game.
How on earth could Clan wars be killing the game? They are a couple of battles each evening that have absolutely no impact of any kind on anyone who chooses not to participate.
For those that have no interest in clan wars, they can still play the game exactly the same way they did before they were introduced.
Just so they don't hand out Lowes, arghhhh!
Though admittedly I kinda want a Lowe but not gonna spend the $$ on one.
