how is it that u make a weapon glow?

a step-by-step would be useful but anything will do

    Sorry, but you r WRONG!!!!

    Any weapon that is +8 or higher will have those trippy glowing effects, ERGO, you can make them.  But as any KO player knows, getting any weapon to succesfully upgrade past +3 is borderline impossible image

    lol u guys are noobs. Unique weapons glow. +8 with elemental damage also glow. from 1-3 its almost 100%, then from 3-4 it's 75 with nus and 95 with bus. Probelm is from 7-8, less than 5%. So players use trina, even with that it's really low.

    I got a a cross spear to +4 with cursed uprade scrolls =)
