How to convert ISK to Plex?

I heard that you buy items in the walking world with Plex. What's wrong with using ISK?

I don't like to micro-purchase plex with real cash; the $15/month is enough. Therefore, what's the ISK to Plex exchange rate?

 

If the only way to get Plex/walking-world items is to buy with real cash, what other similar space games let us be in space and walk on stations, and buy the walking-world items with the same currency as the rest of the game?

Warning: I could be on NoDoz caffeine pills so I hope I don't post anything outrageous!

I dedicate this song to The Matrix Online & Asheron's Call 2 -- the games I hoped to play someday but had bit the dust before their prime.

    Go to the market, look for plex, buy plex with isk. (it's in the tradegood section of the market)

    It's literally just another item in the game.

    Currently I believe the rate hovers between 350 million and 400 million per plex depending on where you're buying.

    And how much does a refrigerator (or equivalent kitchen item for your penthouse) cost?

    You are talking about a month of game time; the price of a subscription cost man. 350 mil actually isn't that bad. It's based on the price that players give to it. While I know it's daunting to a new player, it's actually not that much isk; there are rigs worth twice much, let alone ships.

    Join a decent corperation and you'll find isk rolling in. If you don't, find a new corperation. :)

    There is no plex to real world money transfer route.

     

    So unless you can find someone who will give you RL money for plex (and breaking the EULA) you can't do it.
