I used to liek BLizzard and was actually going to re-roll. However one thing is just really turning me off. Before their customer service was helpful, very slow but still helpful. Toward the end of my playing time, I really just saw that they cared less and less. But there was always the forums where the CM's always seemed to be on explaining their plans and other stuff they planned to implement and fix. The one thing I liekd most was the fact if Blizzard had something in the game you didnt like, you could give your opinion.
Sadly, within the past few hours Blizzard has probably deleted more posts then it has in the time from launch till yesterday. Try and post a thread about BG...gone. A cancel thread...goodbye. Ask for a new realm...dissapears. Balancing thread...not any more. Instead of saying "hey theres alot of people on here canceling and saying theyll cancel, lets listen and see what we can do, or at least explain our reasoning to them" instead they just delete every post thats anti WoW and think the problems solved. No Mod has posted anything of relevence except maybe a joke here and there. Half of the CM's have been afk on handling their issues for a while, and the mage CM has been gone long enough to legally declare him dead. Did Blizzard just fire half of their staff or do they just not care about customers anymore.
But seriously nice policy. I'm sure all of the people asking questions on that huge 300+ reply, 40000 view thread of people threating to cancel will just forget about it and keep their account. And im sure the hundreds of other posters on teh same topic feel the same way. I mean congratulations, you raced EQ2 and won teh award for better game at the start, but are you still patting yourself on the back for that. Even the free battle.net was getting more updates then this. Warcraft 3 patches came out roughly 3-4x as often as a WoW patch. I just dont understand wtf they are doing over in sandiego.
EDIT: To whoever the poster of the Fuk u I stole this account threads....absolutly amazing, and since you probably wont be allowed back there and nothing of that will ever be said of this there, nice work. Your a jerk if you really did steal someones account but as long as noone gets screwed because of it, very nice work.
And sorry to whoever was going after Sinther with the caps arguement, but if your going to get banned from the game, go out in a blaze like the above guy.

And just for the hell of it I pretend to be a Blizzard rep replying to my problem. Might have had to check the forums recently to get this.

I'm suprised they have forums at all. There are a few constructive posts, but most are either blatant fanboish or flaming.
I stopped participating on the official Blizzard site months ago.

Yea the usual junk is gone, so theres now tons of new junk. The forums covered with I Heart Fangtooth, I Love WoW, WoW is Amazing, Love WOW
, Battlegrounds is the Best, Thanks Blizzard, etc. Theres no 2 sided opinions there that last. Everything is either being deleted for "not posting construcivly" which is handling the deletion of the suggestions players make about current problems, and then Sinthar has even been deleting threads that are completly neutral about things because people capped more then 1 letter.
At least the nerf shaman threads were funny because 90% of the time the original poster did not have a clue what he was talking about and there are some creative flammers out there. Some person who has been playing for three days talks about the 1-15 game time is just Blizzard longing for a pat on the back. Too many people are just saying how great WoW is because they have never expierienced the end game, or lack thereof, content.
Here ya go WoW General Forums. I'm not sure what forums you've been reading there's plenty of complaining.
edit: LOL, there's even a 15 page post called 'WoW Failures' with a CM response.
I've noticed the response time from in game is non existant now and email response is topping 3 days. I am thinking they do not have 24/7 support or even close to it on my server - Blackhand. Or else the volume is so bad they can not keep up. We had a guy in my guild get the normal "a character by that name already exists" message and he stayed up 30+ hours to see if a GM would respond to his in game alt who sent request. Nada. He eventually got email response after 72 hours. My last request for help came 80 hours after the fact.
