Just had an hour or so run around while I was bored. Very Interesting game I had a fair bit of fun.

I won't say it was anything special compared to other F2P MMO's because it wasn't, However, I enjoyed the fast paced combat and the game has some very good graphics.

I noticed the game had a built in bot a bit like the one in Jade Dynasty which instantly put me off. all I could think was GRIND FEST INCOMING.

Worth trying, good graphics, good combat, hilarious mounts but nothing special for the experienced MMO player.

I found the game to be quite lazy. Point, click and auto move to the mobs, able to instantly teleport to quest objective and the BOT. The graphics and sound were not bad though. This game would be perfect for people who have very little time. One could make dinner and then give the kids a bath while your BOT grinds away and completes some kill quests in the area.

Is  this the best game in the world ?

Tried to log in. Client froze up. Apparently you have to change some very random settings in the control panel if you want to be able to play. Was not worth it. This game has the worst English I've ever seen. A 6-year old could probably do a better job writing the quest dialogue. Seriously, what is up with all these horribly translated games? It's pretty odd too since the moderators seem to speak perfectly good English, while the game is full of nonsensical grammar and weird errors like the word "you" is capitalized and joined together with the previous word (like this: "I can guaranteeYou would find this annoying"). It seems like the game is trying to tell a story, but it's impossible to follow along when it makes about as much sense as randomly picking words out of a dictionary and throwing them together, sprinkled with random punctuation marks and Chinese voice acting.

GMSource did announce in game that the translations would be fixed over the coming weeks after numerous people mentioned the horrible grammar and spelling. As for the voice overs, no clue there what will be done.

I just clicked through the quest text because of those issues, the auto-move kinda makes reading to know where to go not needed.

Well, that's good to know. I'll have to check it out later then.

I agree with you Kaerigan, horrible game, half the time i was playing i was clicking on shit i didnt even know what did, cuz the translation was so damn bad, just pure bad, and when you wanted to leave game you had to click on the button "Left Game" nice translation lol.

Translation aint very good, but it aint the worsed I seen either, the game is actual rather fun , played till lvl 9  sofar exploring the game system mostly so I dint lvl as fast as i could.

normaly I "hate" these asian made games but to my suprize this one is rather nice, it got all the basic wierd asian controlls/menu's  and stuff but someting about this game just works.

as said only low lvl and done a few quest but this be the first asain f2p style game i actualy going to log back into in a long long long long time.

ps: login problems, its known and there is a work around in the forums, simly change your control panel/region format to engilsh/united states. and the game has no login problems at all. odd bug.

But what about the PvP? I could only find a few brief bits of info about it, nothing too significant.

  • EladiEladi Member UncommonPosts: 1,145

Got no clue yet about PvP, but its save to say this game will be heavy item mall driven. not just healing and "mana" potions ,pets, customes and teleport scrolls but also items that give a attack rating bonus, elemental dammage and sutch.

the base game is rather intresting , translation is well .. confusing sometimes but most of the time you get what it says whitout having to reread it.  it will be a grindy game aswell, as every little thing gives combat bonuses, from using a sertain range of skills all the time to killing mobs and finishing kill / hunt collections to finding a opposite gender player and become a couple :P

its free tho, and will profide some good fun for a while , also a bit hard to see were the focus of the game will be on, many systems are simply disabled at this time.

Something I just noticed now is that the game keeps messing up my mouse cursor speed. And also, the camera controls are extremely sensitive. Move the camera back and forth quickly and you'll be doing 1080 degrees in milliseconds.

Standard theme park MMO, better than most import games. Nice models and animation, though the world is a let down, not much effort made on the graphics there.

Fully quest driven, with a nice story too.

Will be amusing for awhile, but like most theme parks, won't keep my interest long.

As everyone else has noted, terrible translations, but it is still playable.

If I remember right, you can start it at level 20. There is a Force PvP option toggle where you can attack a player regardless of their PvP setting. My understanding is that some areas are protected against this. For the closed beta, I think PvP is mostly disabled. Can not confirm though as I don't PvP.

I can't resist pointing out that it's quite amusing (to me, anyway) to see people on this site complaining about translation errors when so many of the posts and articles here are full of spelling and grammatical mistakes.  Irony ftw ^.^

p.s.  I enjoyed listening to the Chinese voices, and the storyline was not difficult to follow despite the translation mistakes.

Is English your first language?  If so, it seems rather ironic for you to complain about the game's  translations errors given the poor standard of your own English.  If not, your mistakes are understandable.
