Ok for the past month or so I didnt have my own workin gcpu. Which meant no LOTRO for me =(. Anyways i have been saving my munnies so my brother could put in some new parts for me to fix it. Well. i spent a little over 300 getting really good RAM 4GB which is double my old a processor more than double and a extremly much nicer motherboard. My old cpu was 5 year4s old and it wasnt top stuff then.
We had to take a 2 hour trip there and another 2hours back to get the parts from the place he likes to get them from. NO biggie i was getting exctied when we got to his house to put it togahter. All went well getting it togather. YAY i though sooon lotro will be mine again ^_^
However, hopes soon got thrown away. No matter which he tried Windows XP and Windows 7 it just would not properly install and for some reason was taking over an hour each try. THen i joking said probably the silly hard drive being it was somethign we didnt replace. He quickly grabs an old one and puts it in. Well what do you know it worked and it took less than 45mins to install and update windows 7. YAY YAY YAY
He puts on a an antivirus CCLeaner and some other for me. Oh happy day more than 12hrs later. I get to my house to boot it up up i plug it all in and push the power botton and whats happens? Nothing. Dead wont start. ='( I was very sad and called him. He was in bed so i said no worry ill ttyll. I try a few more times and it comes on fans lights etc but shuts off a few seconds later. My heart sank and i figured i need to get some rest.
I lay in bed for 20 or so and think. It dawns on me perhaps sometime in the car i hit this orange button over which is connected to my power supply. I believe it controls the volts. I push it right and nothing. I push it left and and it tried. I put it in the middle and YAY. I am know downloading LOTRO client and typing this.
Funny all i needed was a hardrive. But now i got this 3/4's new computer 10times better than my old one, so all i can do is laugh at this long and somewhat stressfull day=)
Time to find me a desktop picture^_^

Grats, maybe save for a, 60 gb SSD, just for your OS and games. Man it'll be snappy then, quick load times, little less system lag.
Had an ad from newegg on an, OCZ agility 3 60gb SSD, for 79 bucks after mail in rebate.
